Spiritual Life
World Harvest Bible College is united with World Harvest Church, where a powerful revival of God's Spirit is ongoing.
As a student, you will sit under the anointed preaching of Pastor Rod Parsley in weekly church services, at the Raise the Standard Pastors' and Christian Workers' Conference, Dominion Camp Meeting , and much more.
Plus you will learn about missions and compassionate ministry firsthand through the Bridge of Hope world wide missions outreach.
Delta Chi
Delta Chi represents a special affiliation for a distinct group of volunteers within the student body. Officers within Delta Chi organize volunteers for various areas of ministry at World Harvest. Delta Chi involves students in exciting opportunities such as the Breakthrough TV ministry, Cuddle Care, Athletics, Family Life, Music, Youth - and many others.
DRESS CODE:
All students may dress in “casual attire” while attending classes and chapels unless otherwise directed by the administration. In every case, student dress shall be neat, clean, modest, appropriate, and consistent with Christian testimony and shall not draw attention to the individual. Personal hygiene such as brushed teeth, clean and well-groomed hair, clean fingernails, fresh breath, and body odor should be given close attention. Students are expected to dress according to the following guidelines:
Men
Casual Attire is defined as follows:
- Collared shirts (can include polos)
- Blazer or suit jacket with a collared shirt or a T-shirt is optional
- Any picture, logo, slogan, symbol, imprint, transfer or other message or design on any article of clothing or accessory that glorifies an ungodly practice or lifestyle is unacceptable and shall not be worn.
- Jeans, slacks or khakis that are in good repair (rips, or holes in trousers are not acceptable)
- Shoes in good repair to include dress shoes, boots, or athletic shoes
- Hats, caps, headbands, sunglasses, bandannas are not permitted in the buildings
- Facial hair shall be kept neat, clean, and well groomed.
- Body piercing jewelry is not permitted.
Women
Casual Attire is defined as follows:
- Blouses, dress shirts, polos, or T-shirts with blazers are to be modest and discreet (make sure that all tops appropriately cover and are not skin tight or revealing)
- Any picture, logo, slogan, symbol, imprint, transfer or other message or design on any article of clothing or accessory that glorifies an ungodly practice or lifestyle is unacceptable and shall not be worn.
- Jeans, slacks or khakis that are in good repair (rips, or holes in trousers are not acceptable). Modesty is expected in the “fit” of the pants.
- Shoes in good repair to include dress shoes, boots, or athletic shoes
- Hats, caps, headbands, sunglasses, bandannas are not permitted in the buildings
- Dresses and skirts must reach the middle of the knee when standing at normal posture. Short dresses may not be worn with leggings or tight pants underneath.
- Appropriate undergarments must be worn.
- Sleeveless tops and visible midriffs are not permitted.
- Necklines must be discreet
- Jewelry and make-up should be kept in good taste. Body piercing jewelry other than earrings is not permitted.
Note: Any administrative decisions concerning whether or not students meet dress code requirements shall be undisputed.
