WHBC HOUSING POLICY

The following are the three approved housing arrangements for World Harvest Bible College Students.

Residence Halls All single, first-year students who are 23 years old or younger with no children, must live in the dorms for their first two semesters. All financial obligations must be met in order to hold and confirm a dorm placement. Each resident is required to sign a lease which details rent payments.

Off-Campus/Shared-Housing

Single students living off-campus are not permitted to share housing with other families or staff of World Harvest Church. This is and has been a policy of World Harvest Bible College and will be strictly enforced.Single students are permitted to live with other single people/students of the same gender.Students can be placed on a shared-housing list, after completing The Housing Form. Individual students must make their own arrangements for shared-housing. WHBC offers this list as well as apartment information upon request.Only ACCEPTED students can be placed on the shared-housing list.Students may rent from church members or staff if the rental property is a separate dwelling. In this event, it is strongly recommended that there be a written rental agreement between both parties.

Family

No WHBC student who is married or has children living with them may share housing with other single students.First year students who are 23 years of age or younger who live with their parents locally are not required to live in the residence halls.First year students who are 23 years of age or younger may live on their own only if they have established residency in the state of Ohio for a minimum of one year prior to enrollment. No other exceptions apply.
