Student Information WHBC maintains a current address and telephone number for each student. These address forms are filled out at Registration. Included in this form is emergency contact person information. If at any time during the semester a change of address or telephone number is made, the student MUST come to the Administration office and submit a CHANGE OF ADDRESS form to the Registrar as soon as possible.
